Description
After the grapes get to the winery, this is sent to the stalking and the crushing process in order to elimintate the stem and slightly break the berries. Afterwards, we make a slight maceration of the moist and the husks to get a better flavours extraction.
When the moist is obtained, the wine is enriched due to the breeding on rolls through the batonnage technique. This is how we get a wine with plenty of volume in the mouth.
