Developed on the basis of a fine selection of grapes from this variety. This cabernet sauvignon presents a great fruity intensity, enriched by a storage period of 8 months in French and Hungarian oak casks.

Description

The grape is received and inspected when enters the winery. After that, it suffers a stalking and crushing process. The fermentation and the maceration occurs in stainless steel vats for around 10 days with a controlled temperature of 77 °F . Afterwards, it is moved to breeding to start the storage period, which is of 8 months in French and Hungarian oak casks.

TASTING NOTE

Ruby red coloured, clear and shiny. On the nose, its notes of coffee and toffee are well noted. Due to its mature tannins, it has a great volume and structure in the mouth, which gives it elegance and a  unique personality.

PAIRING

Our Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva is perfect to acompany red grilled meats with a simple accompaniment. Also preparations like a deer in wine sauce, roast wild boar or a rabbit stew, Strong and mature cheeses like camembert also enhace their tastes with this wine.

It is recommended to serve it between 64,4 and 68°F.
